Eirik is a broad-spectrum Landscape Architect and has been dedicated to excellence and innovation for 24 years. He is a team builder and a collaborator. Eirik brings placemaking and a refinement to all projects, with a focus on human scaling and sustainability. He has worked in various regions of the United States and has a focus in the Rocky Mountain West.
Shane Matt

Shane brings over 22 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management for private, municipal, state and federal clients. These projects have included master planning and design of roadways, water systems, sanitary sewer systems, stormwater systems including Low-Impact Development (LID), cemeteries and site grading. Shane is also an expert in erosion and sediment control plans, ADA analysis and compliance, and construction administration services. His attention to detail results in projects that are thorough and accurate.
Jeremy Malloy

Jeremy has been a Survey and CAD Technician for 17 years. He is a "jack of all trades" and keeps our work production efficient and effective.
Allison Zepp

Allison recently graduated with her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. She is currently a graduate student pursuing her goal of obtaining a master's degree in general civil engineering. Allison passed her Fundamentals of Engineering exam during the summer of 2019. The creativity and detailed solutions are the qualities of engineering that Allison enjoys the most. Her attention to detail aids her to provide high quality designs for our clients.
Jason Phillips

LID & Green Roof Specialist, MSCE

Jason has over 15 years of experience in construction/project management and is dedicated to sustainable engineering design practices. He specializes in green infrastructure and Low-Impact Development (LID) designs. Through a joint partnership with the Rapid City Regional Airport and SD Mines he recently installed a green roof on the airport’s rooftop patio. He is a South Dakota School of Mines and Technology graduate and brings great knowledge on LID designs to our company and clients.
Caleb Tschetter
Landscape Architect-In-Training / Project Manager

Caleb is a recent graduate from South Dakota State University. He is currently working as a Landscape Architect in Training with plans to pursue licensure. Caleb is an ASLA Student Honor Award holder for his group project "South Dakota Transect: 44 Degrees North" highlighting the diversity of flora and fauna throughout the state. His keen eye for detail, passion for horticulture, and design build experience give him the ability to work on projects that involve multiple layers of detail and complexity.
Kenzie Millar

Kenzie graduated with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from South Dakota State University in 2010. She has over 15 years of experience in a wide variety of fields in the green industry- both greenhouse and design-build landscaping. Her creativity and knowledge of horticulture provides clients with a unique design layout and exceptional visual interest incorporating colors and textures of plants, hardscapes, structures, and design composition.
